What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for most standard items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed jewelry and personalized pieces are final sale.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Every FrostNYC purchase includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers professional cleaning, polishing, and stone tightening to keep your piece looking its best.
Is a signature required for delivery?
To ensure the safety of your high-value purchase, all FrostNYC shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security reasons.
